I got this bracelet from alvjewels.com it’s really light and easy to wear. I had it on all day at work and it didn’t bug me or feel annoying like that. The fit is nice too, just one of those pieces you can put on and forget about.

"Stone seemed legit to me"
I got my gemstone from Alv Jewels and, i wasn’t totally sure what to expect. I took it to a local jeweler just to double-check, and he said it was real and matched the details listed on the site. So that definitely made me feel better. No weird surprises or anything. I’m happy with it and I’d probably buy from them again

"Fit felt a little off"
I don’t know, the ring just fit kind of weird on me. It felt smaller than the size listed, so I kept checking like maybe I ordered wrong, but nope. Just wasn’t the fit I expected.

I ordered the silver one and somehow they still sent me gold. I don’t know who messed this up, but it’s annoying when the order is right there and they can’t get it correct. Definitely not happy about it

They do have some nice pieces, and I found a few things I liked, but I expected a lot more variety. If they’re advertising themselves as having a good selection, they should really make sure there are more styles to choose from.

"Helpful material info!! Just needed a little more detail..."
I actually really liked that alvjewels.com lists what the jewelry is made of!!! It made me feel a lot more comfortable before placing an order, since the details were easy to find and not hidden somewhere weird... which I definitely appreciated. My only small wish is that a few items had more info about the coating or plating?? Overall though, it was a good experience, and I’d give it 4 stars!!

I had to wait weeks to get my refund back, which was really frustrating. I understand things can take time, but when a customer returns something or is owed money, it feels only right to handle that promptly and respectfully.

I ordered a bracelet from alvjewels and honestly... it turned out better than I expected. It feels solid, not cheap or flimsy, and the shine still looks really nice even after wearing it a few times. The little details are clean too. Overall, I’m really happy with it and I’d definitely buy from them again.

"Wanted to buy, but most of it was unavailable"
I actually liked a few pieces on alvjewels, but so many of the items I clicked on were sold out or just not available. It got frustrating after a while, like I was excited to shop but there wasn’t much I could actually buy. It kind of made me feel brushed off as a customer, honestly. I hope they do a better job keeping the inventory updated

I grabbed this because it looked super cute, but my skin got irritated quickly. I wanted to love it, but as soon as I felt the irritation kicking in, I was like, okay, this is not happening. Probably not the best pick if you have sensitive skin.

The item itself is fine, but the engraving came out way lighter than I thought it would. I have to tilt it around in the light just to read it, which is kinda annoying. It’s a little dissapointing since the engraving was basically the main reason I ordered it

I ordered a personalized name necklace and, to be honest, I was half expecting the spelling to get messed up because that seems to happen with custom stuff more often than it should. But it showed up exactly how I typed it, including the little details. It did take a few days, but I’d rather wait a bit and have it done right. Really happy with how it turned out

"Pretty piece, but the packaging could be nicer"
When I opened it, the jewelry itself looked really pretty, so I was happy with that. The packaging was a little more basic than I expected from the photos though. The box wasn’t damaged or anything, and the item was safely packed inside, but the overall presentation wasn’t quite as nice as I’d hoped. It’s fine for yourself, but if you’re giving it as a gift, I’d say it could be a bit better

I kinda hesitated before placing an order because I just didn’t feel 100% sure about the site. Some of the info felt a little unclear, and I was looking for more signs that it was legit before buying anything. If they added more details or made things feel more trustworthy, I’d probly feel better about ordering.
